For years, I've had the privilege of walking alongside women who felt stuck between who they were and who God was calling them to become.
Women carrying hidden wounds.
Women questioning their worth.
Women longing for healing, clarity, and purpose.
Through every conversation, every counseling session, every retreat, and every event, I've witnessed the same truth:
God is still restoring hearts.
God is still renewing minds.
God is still calling women into purpose.
That belief is at the heart of everything I do.

For nearly two decades, I have served as a therapist, spiritual guide, speaker, and mentor, helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's most defining seasons.
My work brings together the wisdom of psychology and the transforming power of faith because true healing involves both the heart and the soul.
As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Psychologist, I have spent more than 16 years in private practice helping people heal emotional wounds, strengthen relationships, and embrace their God-given identity.
For almost 20 years, I have also led a thriving women's community where women from every background are encouraged to grow in faith, walk in truth, and discover the strength God has placed within them.

Whether I'm speaking from a stage, sitting across from someone in counseling, leading a retreat, or creating resources for women, my mission remains the same

Beyond the Platform
In addition to speaking at conferences, churches, retreats, and leadership gatherings across the country, I host marriage intensives and couples retreats, developing original teaching materials, workbooks, and healing experiences designed to help couples reconnect, restore trust, and strengthen their relationships.
But beyond every title and accomplishment, my greatest joy is my family.
